The Armed Forces mental health statistics for the second quarter of 2007, published today, show that the number of personnel assessed and diagnosed with a mental disorder continued to remain low.
The figures show that the numbers of active service personnel that were assessed with a mental disorder were 0.5% of the total Armed Forces population.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) was reported as low - around 0.03% of the total Armed Forces population.
